More than twice the size of our previous gym, the new Wellness Center is designed to fulfill all of your fitness, recreation and relaxation needs. Going far beyond a typical senior fitness center, our Wellness Center features state-of-the-art strength and balance equipment, a full calendar of land and water-based group fitness classes taught by certified instructors, and personal training opportunities. You’ll also enjoy a tranquility room, zero-entry indoor pool with lap lane, and expansive therapy gym for doctor-ordered rehabilitation.
Get Motivated With Personal Training
Whatever your fitness needs or current level of activity, our certified personal trainers are there to guide and encourage you. Your trainer will work with you to create an individualized senior fitness training program that starts where you are — and helps you become your strongest, healthiest you.
Work Out in Group Classes
The Wellness Center is offering more group classes than ever. Join us for tai chi, strength training, chair aerobics and yoga, morning stretching, Better Balance, Healthy Backs, Beat it! (drumstick fitness), Forever Fit and more!
Jump Into Pool Activities
The pool at ClarkLindsey’s Wellness Center is a relaxing way to stay active and healthy. Participate in water aerobics, water walking, Aqua Strength, Pool Power, water volleyball, and other swimming exercises and activities. Use the water jets at your leisure! Water-based activities reduce stress and injury risk, improve mood and help with chronic diseases, while keeping exercise fun.
