A Life Plan Community (also known as a Continuing Care Retirement Community/CCRC) combines independent living with access to higher levels of care on one campus. The benefit is “aging in place” with confidence—your home stays the same even if your care needs change.
What does “continuum of care” mean at ClarkLindsey?
“Continuum of care” means multiple levels of support are available within the same community. Residents typically start with independent living, and if needs change, they can transition to assisted living, memory support, or skilled nursing without leaving the campus.
