Expanding to Offer Person-Centered Memory Care
At ClarkLindsey, we are always striving to give our residents the very best care. Our team members make sure that every resident of memory care knows they are valued and respected. To that end, we’re expanding our memory care offering to meet residents’ unique needs with Montessori-based memory care in our new MeadowLark expansion.
The MeadowLark Expansion: Memory Care with a Montessori Approach
Scheduled to open in Spring 2024, our new MeadowLark expansion will add 26 memory care assisted living apartments and 38 catered assisted living apartments in a modern, three-story building. Our team members have specialized training in the Montessori approach, which provides individualized care and a quality lifestyle. The Montessori philosophy focuses on rediscovering and supporting the person living with dementia. Applying meaningful roles, routines and activities tailored to the individual creates an environment where people with memory issues can do as much for themselves as possible.

- 24/7 dedicated staff
- Three freshly prepared meals each day, plus snacks
- Weekly housekeeping with daily trash removal
- Weekly flat linen laundry services
- Scheduled transportation for local medical appointments
- Off-campus group transportation

- All utilities except phone service (includes electricity, water, basic cable, standard Wi-Fi)

An Inclusive Approach to Community Life
All residents of memory care assisted living in the MeadowLark expansion will be included in every aspect of community life. They will enjoy fun and interesting social and cultural activities and programs, and have easy access to all social spaces. Memory care residents also have priority access to skilled nursing services in the MeadowBrook Health Center* and athome home care and skilled nursing services*.
